These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this site. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the site.

This site is separate from Inagene’s consumer store at inagene.com. The Terms of Service applicable to inagene.com, including those governing purchases, refunds, test kit registration, and the Inagene Advantage Membership, do not apply to this site. No products or services are offered for sale through this site.

2. What this site is for

This site provides information about Inagene’s partnership programs for healthcare providers, pharmacies, employers, benefits advisors, insurers, distributors, and other organizations.

The content on this site is general business information intended for organizations. It does not constitute medical advice. It is not intended for patients and must not be relied upon in diagnosing, treating, or managing the care of any individual. Pharmacogenetic results should be interpreted only by a licensed healthcare professional. Information for individuals interested in Inagene testing is available at inagene.com.

3. No relationship is created by using this site

Submitting an inquiry through this site does not create a partnership, agency, distributorship, reseller, or employment relationship with Inagene. It does not make you an authorized representative of Inagene, and it does not obligate either you or Inagene to enter into any agreement.

Any relationship with Inagene is subject to a separate written agreement executed by both parties.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and page design — is owned by Inagene or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property law.
