1. What this statement covers

This Privacy Statement explains how Inagene Diagnostics Inc. (“Inagene”, “we”, “us”, “our”) handles personal information collected through partners.inagene.com, our information site for prospective and current business partners.

Inagene’s company-wide Privacy Notice applies to all personal information we handle, and it is incorporated into this statement by reference. In the event of a conflict between this statement and the Privacy Notice, this statement governs with respect to partners.inagene.com. The Privacy Notice governs in all other respects.

No personal health information is collected through this site. This site does not sell tests, register test kits, deliver reports, or handle genetic data. If you are an individual customer or you are looking for information about your test or your report, please visit inagene.com. Our Privacy Notice and Informed Consent Policy apply to that information.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. If you complete a contact or inquiry form on this site, we collect the information you enter. That typically includes:

  • your name
  • your organization and your role or title
  • your business email address and phone number
  • your organization type (for example: pharmacy, clinic, employer, benefits advisor, insurer, distributor)
  • anything you write in the message field

Please do not include personal health information about yourself or anyone else in a form on this site. Any such information you submit will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

Information collected automatically. When you visit this site we collect limited technical information: your IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived at the site. See section 7 for how cookies are used.

3. Why we collect it

We collect this information to:

  • respond to your inquiry and follow up with you about a possible partnership
  • understand whether an Inagene partnership is a good fit for your organization
  • send you information about Inagene products, programs, and services, where you have consented to receive it
  • operate, secure, and improve this website
  • understand which content is useful, in aggregate

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for any purpose other than those listed above without first obtaining your consent.

4. Consent, and how to withdraw it

We collect, use, and disclose your personal information with your consent. Submitting a form on this site is your consent for us to use the information to respond to your inquiry and follow up about a partnership.

Marketing email is separate. We will only add you to our marketing email list if you check the box asking for it. You can unsubscribe from any Inagene marketing email using the unsubscribe link in the message, or by emailing privacy@inagene.com.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting privacy@inagene.com. If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to continue a partnership discussion with you.

5. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this site and manage inquiries. They may access your information only as needed to provide their service to us, and they are contractually required to protect it and to use it for no other purpose.

  • HubSpot, Inc. — Contact forms and customer relationship management. Stored in the United States.
  • Google LLC — Google Analytics, website traffic measurement. Stored in the United States.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — Website hosting and content delivery (Cloudflare Pages). Stored in the United States, with delivery from a global edge network.

Information stored outside Canada. Because these providers store and process information in the United States, your information is subject to the laws of that country and may be accessible to United States courts, law enforcement agencies, and national security authorities in accordance with those laws. Other than the providers listed above, we do not disclose your personal information to third parties, except where we are permitted or required to do so by law.

6. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as we may have a legitimate business reason to contact you. You may ask us to delete your information at any time by contacting privacy@inagene.com.

We keep website analytics data for a maximum of 14 months.

7. Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files stored on your device. This site uses:

  • Essential cookies — needed for the site to work and to keep it secure, including for form submission and spam prevention. These cannot be turned off.
  • Analytics cookies — Google Analytics, which helps us understand how many people visit the site and which pages they use. We use this in aggregate; we do not use it to identify you individually.
  • Form and contact cookies — set by HubSpot so that if you return to the site, a form you submit is correctly matched to your earlier inquiry rather than treated as a new one.

We do not use advertising or ad-targeting cookies on this site.

You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics specifically by installing Google’s browser opt-out add-on. Some parts of the site may not work properly if you block essential cookies.

8. How we protect it

Inagene maintains a certified Information Security Management System aligned to ISO/IEC 27001, the international standard for information security management. This includes documented policies and procedures, risk assessment, access controls, incident management, internal audits, and staff security training. Our Privacy Notice describes these safeguards in more detail.

While we take reasonable measures to protect personal information, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

You may:

  • ask what personal information we hold about you, and request access to it
  • ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • ask us to delete information we hold about you
  • withdraw your consent to our use of your information
  • ask us questions about this statement or how we handle your information
